The man with the largest hand in the world will be looking forward to a normal life after undergoing radical plastic surgery at Shanghai No. 9 People’s Hospital.

Liu Hua, a 24-year-old Jiangsu Province native, was born with a left thumb, index and middle finger much larger than normal.

Liu was suffering from a rare disease called macrodactyly, a birth defect in which toes or fingers are abnormally large.

On July 20 surgeons began a seven-hour operation to reduce the size of Liu’s fingers and thumb. Doctors removed 5.1kg of flesh and bone in the procedure.

“This was the first stage. The patient will regain the use of most of his left hand after rehabilitation,” Chen said. “A second operation is scheduled in six months to reshape his left arm and shoulder.”

“Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem” In theaters : 25 december 2007.Finally, the first trailer of Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (Alien vs. Predator 2). Can’t wait to watch it. It would be great if it starts off where the first one leaves off…the predalien is born from scar’s body slaughters all predators except for one and that one predator must blast and fight his way to safety…after all…it is called alienS vs predator!!! seems like a good plot to me!!!

Before you accuse me of posting a video of a cute kitty just because its cute, consider how many cute kitty videos are on YouTube. This one stands out because of the quality of the production. The camera work, scene selection, music, and text narration are all spot-on. Effective storytelling in two minutes. I watched it several times, and also watched the “related videos” on the same subject at YouTube. The contrast in the quality of videography is astounding. Of course, Charley is still a likable star.
