Why Men Cheat?

Of course, we all know that while men and women are both capable of cheating, it’s often the guys who have the biggest problem keeping their belts firmly buckled. And we all know that no matter who it’s with, why it’s done, or where the after-hours canoodling takes place, cheating is-most of the time-the ultimate relationship death sentence. But instead of dwelling on what happens after the cheating takes place, one of the ways to perhaps prevent infidelity is by knowing a little bit about why men stray. I’m not offering them as excuses, merely explanations as to what happens in that brain (and other body parts) of his-in hopes that you might be able to prevent it. Here, the top reasons why men cheat:

I pledge to get Firefox 3 during Download Day

Imi dau cuvantul ca downloadez Firefox 3

Join us in our mission to set a Guinness World Record for the most software downloaded in 24 hours!. All you have to do is get Firefox 3 during Download Day to help set the record for most software downloads in 24 hours – it’s that easy.

Mozilla is aiming to make Firefox 3 a record breaker. It wants the next release of its browser to be the most downloaded piece of software in a single 24-hour period.

Download Day will begin the minute Firefox 3 is generally available and continue for 24 hours. The Download Day website is asking for people to pledge to download the browser and wants people to place Download Day buttons on their websites.

Mozilla are predicting that 1.6m people will download the browser on its launch day sometime in June. Firefox will be available from multiple locations. We must assume the bandwidth and server capacity will be in place to service the rush.

Britney Spears Bikini Pictures

Here’s Britney Spears showing off her beach body in a bikini in Costa Rica. For a mother of two, I had to admit Britney looks… awful. OK, I know she had two kids and I should cut her some slack, but the kids aren’t mine so I don’t care. Girl needs to cover up. Anyway, I guess the Britney Spears hotness comeback is going to have to be put on hold for a little bit longer.

Robbie Knievel jumps 24 trucks

http://www.stevemandich.com/evelincarnate/robbie.jpg

Robbie “Kaptain” Knievel, son of the late daredevil Evel Knievel, successfully jumped over 24 delivery trucks Saturday night at the site of one of his father’s most famous stunts.

“Hopefully I’ll see you after the jump,” Knievel told the crowd before he climbed the start ramp.

Knievel, 46, had said he would need to be going 95 miles per hour at take off for the 200-foot jump, which began from a three-story tall ramp and was completed amid wild cheers, booming explosions and shooting flames at Kings Island amusement park near Cincinnati.

EDO Competition tweaks Ferrari Enzo to 700 hp

Edo Competition has no qualms about taking positively perfect exotic machinery and tweaking it to suit customer’s tastes. And when it comes to the paragon of rolling automotive masterworks, the Ferrari Enzo is arguably King of the Hill. While the Enzo isn’t lacking in either the power or appearance department, that hasn’t stopped Edo from making some subtle changes to the Enzo’s exterior and powertrain. Edo began by replacing the intake with a revised ram-air system and a set of high-flow air filters, then worked its magic downstream with a set of headers similar to those in the FXX, along with a duo of high-flowing cats and a new exhaust system with remote-controlled, butterfly valves that allow the sound levels to be adjusted on the fly. All those bits are tuned through a modified ECU to produce 700 hp and 527 lb.-ft. of torque, which is sent through a heavy-duty clutch and on down to a retuned stock transmission that replicates the shift times of the FXX.

Father learns kids don’t inflate

A Cambodian father and mechanic learned the hard way not to inflate children when he inserted an air hose designed to fill car tires into his 5-year-old son’s anus and blew him up, local media reported on Thursday. The Khmer-language Rasmei Kampuchea daily reported Try Sienghym was “playing” with his son Sok Sambo when the incident took place.

The paper said the child’s stomach became distended and his concerned mother rushed him to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery.

Five stupid weapons that were actually made

They say that human progress is undeniable – we’re alway thinking up new ways to kill one another. But the path to genocide isn’t smooth, so let’s pause to take a look at some of the weapons that didn’t make the cut in man’s endless desire to exterminate his fellow soldier.

Anti-tank dog
war dog During the Second World War, the Russian Army came up with an ingenious defence against German tanks. Starving dogs would have bombs strapped to them, and then sent toward the enemy vehicles. The dogs had been trained to retrieve food from under Russian tanks, and the idea was that they would dash under the German tanks, seeking food, and in doing so activate a large wooden trigger on their backs. Unfortunately, having been trained using Soviet tanks, the dogs of war much preferred running under Russian tanks. Added to that, the noise of the battlefield confused and frightened them, culminating in an entire troupe of bomb-dogs running amok in a battlefield, endangering everyone and forcing the retreat of the Russian forces. Although credited with the destruction of over 300 Nazi tanks, the dogs were retired from service shortly after.

Burgers Cooked In 90-Year-Old Grease – How cool is that?

Dyer’s Burgers in Mississippi has been cooking burgers since 1912…in the same grease! Maybe that’s why some of us are so full of …..cholesterol? Yuck!

How is made:

Our waitress explained that the grease is carefully strained every night after closing hour (usually about 4am); and besides, the really old grease is always burning off, so the supply that supposedly never changes is, in fact, always changing. Whatever. The fact is that this is one heck of an interesting hamburger. We are especially smitten by the many ways in which it is served: as a double or triple, or as a double or triple “combo” (with layers of cheese), and with really good hand-cut French fries on the side. The menu boasts that each hamburger is served “Always on a Genuine Wonder Bread bun.”
…….
“Back then, they didn’t have the flat tops and all this, so they cook in a cast-iron skillet,” Dyer’s owner Tom Robertson says. “As you cook more burgers, the grease grows, and eventually it becomes a deep-fried hamburger. We strain and process our grease daily, but we’ve never thrown it out and started over, so somewhere in there’s molecules from 1912. That’s what makes it so good.”

This is a single Dyer’s burger, good and crusty. Big appetites order a double or a triple with two or three layers of cheese. It automatically comes dressed with mustard, onion, and pickle.”

“Looks good… ”

We all love our burgers – big, fat and juicy. Let’s hope that we will not die young if we eat those…
