You had to be there in the flesh to see how Crazy this Guy was,my two boys loved him,we would pass every night and the boys were mesmerised by him…he was really fast and good at what he does…well funny…there was a girl taking footage one night in which she caught my boy,I hope she posts here version of the Crazy Pancake Man,lol..He is on the main street in Alcudia Avenida Pedro Mas i Reus known as Dollar Street,as you head down it he’s just on the right over a small bridge over a small dyke/river…you wont be able to miss him as he has a mass crowd queueing for his scrumcious pancakes,the kids (and mi Mam)loved em,lol…

Sunt de parere ca cea mai gustoasa reteta de clatite ar trebui sa-l includa si pe tipul asta in ea. Nu de alta dar priviti aici spectacol, cele mai bune clatite va sunt pregatite cu multa pasiune, tipul radiaza de energie pozitiva. Clatite cu Nutella, mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Cine mai doreste, cine mai pofteste? 🙂

Update: Nu stiu daca stiati – am aflat si eu zilele trecute –  insa cel mai bun aluat, cel mai moale, cel mai pufos aluat pe care-l obtineti conform unei retete – fie ea secreta sau nu – nu poate fi folosit intr-o reteta de clatite daca nu ai la indemana o tigaie de clatite profesionala. Va zic, mi-am luat o tigaie Tefal speciala pentru clatite si pot sa zic ca incepand din acel moment toate clatitele mele au fost delicioase, nu au mai iesit tari, se prajesc uniform, etc. Tigaia este extrem de importanta, va zic cu mana pe inima.
