How to Prevent Running Shoe Blisters With a “Heel Lock” or “Lace Lock”
Here’s how to tie a “heel lock” or “lace lock”. A lot of running and hiking shoes have an extra shoelace hole at the top (if your shoes don’t have an extra hole, just use the top regular hole instead). We’re going to use these holes to create loops on the inside and outside of our shoe.
Once we have created loops on both sides of our shoe we cross our laces and insert them into the loop on the other side. We then cinch our laces down. Make sure to pull the end of your laces down to create the actual “lock”. Lace your shoe in a balanced shoelace knot and you’re done. No more shoe blisters!

Dupa povestea cu terorismul, iata ca  adidasii mei cei noi au ajuns in sfarsit la mine . Si da, de data asta sunt marimea 43 😀 . Si faza si mai tare, intre timp s-au ieftinit pentru ca  preturile au scazut la juma’. Asa ca perechea de mai sus a costat doar 125 RON in loc de 199. Bun!

Stiti ce-mi place mie la un magazin online? Ati ghicit: promptitudinea si maleabilitatea, chestii care le-ar dori orice client astfel incat sa se poate declara multumit atat de produs cat si de calitatea serviciilor.

Asa sunt eu astazi, dupa ce, comandand o pereche de adidasi de la Ultrasports.ro am observat ca marimea 44 nu mi se potriveste deloc. Dupa ce am contactat echipa ce se ocupa de clienti, mi s-a spus ca nu este nicio problema, trimit perechea aceasta inapoi la firma iar ei imi vor trimite alta pereche, marimea 43. No extra charges, eu urmand sa suport cheltuielile pentru trimiterea coletului, lucru foarte logic dealtfel.

Acum sa va explic de ce am comandat marimea 44: Ultimele doua perechi de adidasi ce le-am cumparat (din Germania) au fost marimea 44.5 (wow!) cu toate ca eu port 43. Erau Nike, si concluzia mea a fost ca la astea de firma, difera un pic size-ul.
