Yoga pare a fi o forma foarte usoara de a face exercitii, insa nu e chiar asa. Pentru a practica aceasta tehnica ai nevoie de maxima concentrare, atat a mintii cat si a corpului. Odata ce ai intrat in starea necesara, poti sa te relaxezi… 😀
