Well I just had to share this good old favorite to date. Minding my own business when all of a sudden S$%T (well fart). I couldn’t help LMAO…..

Yoga pare a fi o forma foarte usoara de a face exercitii, insa nu e chiar asa. Pentru a practica aceasta tehnica ai nevoie de maxima concentrare, atat a mintii cat si a corpului. Odata ce ai intrat in starea necesara, poti sa te relaxezi… 😀
