Far from settling for an effective product demo, the commercial skilfully borrows from the codes of fantasy films from our childhood, with a plot revolving around the E Class Wagon.

Video footage has emerged of a father and son taking their family feud to the streets of a Chinese city.
The pair were involved in a prolonged car chase amid busy traffic on Wednesday, which ended in a crash that left both vehicles wrecked.
Images from CCTV cameras showed a silver grey Mercedes Benz limousine and a red BMW sports car trying to overtake each other on a main road in Ma’anshan, in eastern China’s Anhui Province. The Mercedes stopped at a crossroad at around 10.50am and then suddenly backed up and knocked into the BMW that had been keeping up.

When Mercedes wanted to promote its new fuel cell vehicle, instead of placing it squarely in front of everyone in the world, the company decided to make the car invisible. We have video.
Noul autovehicul F-Cell de la Mercedes (dotat cu pile de combustie pe baza de hidrogen) nu are emisii si tocmai de aceea poate fi considerat invizibil pentru mediul inconjurator. De aici si ideea acestei campanii originale de promovare: pentru a face masina invizibila, cei de la Mercedes au instalat panouri cu leduri pe o parte a masinii ce redau in timp real imaginile de pe cealalta parte cu ajutorul unei camere foto Canon 5D Mark II.
