This film was shot over a 5 day trip to Tokyo in January 2016.

It was my first time visiting Japan, a place I had always wanted to see. With a population of 35 million, Tokyo is the largest metropolitan area in the world. Due to this, I soon realised how lively and energetic this city really is.

I decided to take my camera and explore this fascinating city so rich in culture, tradition and innovation.

Salutari,
Iti mai trimisesem acum ceva timp niste link-uri cu imagini, unele le-ai publicat pe blog.  Tocmai am terminat de lucrat la un film timelapse despre Bucurestiul vazut de la inaltime, in cadrul proiectului meu “Ultimul Etaj”. Il poti gasi mai jos. Sper sa iti placa si poate sa il publici pe pagina, lucrez de mult timp la video-ul asta si sper ca va face “Ultimul Etaj” putin mai cunoscut.
E un proiect inceput in 2004 si de atunci nu fac decat sa fug din acoperis in acoperis de fiecare data cand vin in Bucuresti.

The partnership blends 28 years of satellite imagery and Google Earth Engine technology to show the impact of human activity on the planet. A new Landsat satellite launched earlier this year will add its leading-edge cameras to the project.

Niste imagini impresionante, o serie de timelapse-uri realizate cu ajutorul unor imagini surprinse din satelit in decursul a 28 de ani. O padure dispare, un ghetar se topeste, un oras american se transforma si se extinde rapid.

Si pentru ca tot e un subiect arzator la noi, poate ca ar trebui facut un astfel de material si despre padurile din Romania (vezi ultimele episoade din “Romania, te iubesc” – ProTv), cred ca ne-am cruci vazand diferentele de la an la an.
