How to Prevent Running Shoe Blisters With a “Heel Lock” or “Lace Lock”
Here’s how to tie a “heel lock” or “lace lock”. A lot of running and hiking shoes have an extra shoelace hole at the top (if your shoes don’t have an extra hole, just use the top regular hole instead). We’re going to use these holes to create loops on the inside and outside of our shoe.
Once we have created loops on both sides of our shoe we cross our laces and insert them into the loop on the other side. We then cinch our laces down. Make sure to pull the end of your laces down to create the actual “lock”. Lace your shoe in a balanced shoelace knot and you’re done. No more shoe blisters!

Când devine pokerul o sursă preferabilă de bani
Mulți ar spune probabil că atunci când trăiești în România, într-o țară în care statul aproape că primește mai mulți bani din munca ta decât tine. Dar lăsând ițele economiei și politicii la o parte, ceea ce pentru unii poate însemna risc de dependență acerbă și pierderi de bani pe care nici măcar nu-i au, înseamnă pentru alții sursă stabilă de venituri suplimentare. Ce-i deosebește pe „lucrătorii” de succes din lumea jocurilor de cazino de ceilalți? Cam același lucru care îi deosebește pe toți cei care sunt buni la jobul lor, indiferent care ar fi acela, de restul lumii.

Cum se spune în sport. Sau capacitatea de a se concentra foarte bine pe obiectivul pe termen lung, și anume câștiguri permanente și bune, chiar dacă poate nu întotdeauna spectaculoase. Dincolo de presiunea orgoliului și a mizelor depuse pe masă, de emoții, de provocările adversarilor și de adrenalina care-i ridică pe vârful valului la fiecare mână bună, bluff riscant sau câștig mare. Ca în orice alt job, este vorba despre concentrarea pe obiectiv și abilitatea de a ignora distragerile de orice fel și încercările de manipulare inițiate de competiție.

This is how you get a beer in Japan
This is a self-dispensing beer machine filmed in Osaka, Japan at Kansai International Airport (KIX) in the All Nippon Airways Star Alliance Gold Lounge. Many of the higher end business lounges affiliated with international airline alliances in Japan have one of these machines (maybe 5 in the country), it’s simply an alcoholic version of a fountain drink dispenser with the nice tilt feature to help you get the right amount of head and not spill anything – as obviously most average people wouldn’t know how to pour a proper pint. These machines have been around for some time but are not that common outside of international departure lounges because in most places you simply aren’t allowed to serve your own alcohol. Air-side airport areas in Japan are a notable exception.
