This is martial arts master Yanagiryuken. He can supposedly use his body’s own energy, or Chi, to defeat opponents without even touching them. A fighting style called Kiai. Below I’ve posted 2 videos. This first shows him defending against a gang of his students, who apparently drop like flies from his super powers.
