This video shows some “Test & Quality control” made by Trabi workers on a East german factory during the 80’s.
First Trabant movie on youtube that don’t make me want to have one. (but I am getting one any way ,so screw that, cause they can still drive fine) I wonder what would happen if this was in a factory in Japan, like robots with advanced measuring devices and baseball bats mounted, beating the crab out of the cars before they leave the assembly line. And it still beats a Mercedes in slalom!
I love the part where “Borat” slams the dor several times. Actually, these cars were already “sold” long before they were made. So I guess they didn’t have any trouble selling them afterwards. People in waited years that they could buy a car and it really didn’t matter the quality
