CNN Distraction: Family of ducks tries to cross highway
A few months ago, camera crews in Toronto captured a mother duck and her ducklings struggling to cross a busy highway.

A pile-up involving several vehicles on a Chinese highway was caused by slippery roads and bad weather conditions.

The Jiaozhou Bay Bridge is 35.4 km long. The total budget will be approximately 9.938 billion yuan (~US$1.5 billion). It is estimated that it will shorten travel time from Qingdao to the outlying region by more than half and relieve pressure on the existing Jiaozhou Bay Expressway.
In urma cu cateva zile China a inaugurat cel mai lung pod peste o mare din lume – face legatura intre doua mari centre urbane ale districtului Huangdao – lungimea acestuia fiind de aproape 36 km (aceste cifre nu sunt tocmai exacte, daca folositi Google-ul veti observa ca pe fiecare stire despre acest pod gasim diverse valori legate de lungime sau costul total al proiectului).

Da, taximetristul asta s-a hotarat sa mearga pe banda de urgenta a unei autostrazi chiar daca sensul acesteia era tocmai invers. Priviti-l cat de calm este si ascultati cu atentie vocea turistilor “extaziati” de pe fundal. Eu ma intreb ce faceau daca nimereau peste un sofer ca asta. 🙂

In America pe autostrada, la radio: “Aveti mare grija pe autostrada 79, un nebun circula cu viteza pe contrasens”.
Tipul din masina care era crispat cu mainile stranse pe volan, urla: “Unul ?! Sunt sute, mii !!!”
Bancul de mai sus e super tare insa imaginile de mai jos demonstreaza ca totul poate fi se poate de adevarat.
Autostrada Bucuresti-Pitesti: Un sofer a castigat detasat proba de inconstienta-viteza, alegand sa mearga pe contrasens, pe banda a doua, ingrozindu-i pe ceilalti conducatori auto.
