Plagued by his own demons, Walter Black was once a successful toy executive and family man who now suffers from being a total dickhead. No matter what he tries, Walter can’t seem to get himself back on track… until a beaver hand puppet enters his life.

Hmm,  chiar stateam si ma gandeam, a trecut ceva timp de cand nu v-am mai recomandat vreun film.  Totodata cred ca “The Beaver” e cel mai spooky/freaky film in care-l vad pe Mel Gibson (regia – Jodie Foster. Wow!) . Cum naiba sa accepti sa umbli toata ziua cu chestia aia agatata de mana si sa urlii in jur ca ai o depresie?  🙂

Nu stiu de ce dar cred ca acest film (drama) se adreaza publicului american, aia stiu sa digere astfel de subiecte.

One day Ion, a 75 year old Romanian man, accidentally receives a Medal of Honor for some ‘heroic’ actions back in WW2, times he barely remembers. The medal forces Ion to reconsider his whole life. Maybe he wasn’t all the time a loser. Maybe his life has a meaning. Maybe he means something to his family.

Scrisesem eu ceva la un moment dat despre filmele romanesti (aici). Observ ca aveam/am mare dreptate. “Medalia de onoare“, un film lansat in Noiembrie 2010 – nimic nu s-a schimbat (nici nu ma asteptam, ca doar nu ne-am apuca de productii gen “300”): injuraturile si limbajul “low” sunt inca puncte forte in cinematografia romaneasca. Ahh, sa nu uit, acum il avem si pe Iliescu. 😀

An independent shortfilm made for a romanian contest by Vladimir Teneslav. Preproduction took 2 weeks, production 4 and postproduction 1 week. Filmed with a Canon 550D/T2i and a 50mm f1.8 lens. All sound was done on post.

Pe Skypici (Florin Marza) il cunoasteti deja, este o vedeta a acestui blog. Si mai stiti foarte bine ca omul este un pasionat practicant de parkour, Florin fiind si protagonistul unui scurt metraj difuzat pe Discovery (detalii – aici).

Mai jos puteti admira un foarte reusit scurt-metraj realizat de catre producatorul independent Vladimir Teneslav si al carui actor principal este – ati ghcit – Skypici. Vizionare placuta si daca simtiti nevoia sa il felicitati puteti sa o faceti chiar aici, sunt sigur ca nu se supara si va va raspunde cu siguranta. 🙂
