Da, doar cinci minute prin care am sa va rog sa dati click pe bannerul verde din header (sau linkul de aici) si sa raspundeti frumos la o serie de intrebari ce fac parte dintr-un studiu de audienta pus la cale de catre agentia Standout. Haideti, nu ma dezamagiti, stiu ca ma iubiti si puteti sa o faceti, nu uitati insa sa raspundeti cat se poate de sincer. Ori suntem cititori profesionisti ori nu mai suntem. 😉
Landing at LAX International Airport via the SADDE Six Arrival.The video is sped up to somewhere between Mach 1 and Mach 2. The original idea was to a) compress a 30 minute approach into three minutes; and b) to see what it would look like if you you were riding on the back of a cruise missile.
The camera was a Canon S95 which is a great pocket low light camera. This video simply wouldn’t have been possible with any other pocket camera. If you want a great travel camera, be sure to check it out.
Atunci cand zburam cu avionul suntem cumva ingraditi de geamurile alea minuscule astfel ca nu ne putem bucura mai deloc de peisaje. Bine, cert este ca mai toate zborurile se petrec la o altitudine destul de mare ( ~10.000 metri) si singura satisfactie a noastra ramane in faptul ca putem sta deasupra norilor, loc in care ajungem cu greu si foarte rar. 😀

The Most AMAZING video on the internet #Egypt #jan25Violent clashes between police and demonstrators as over ten thousand gather on the streets of Cairo. The Egyptian population has endured a tyrants rule for far too long, millions struggle each day to find where their next meal is coming from. January 25th, 2011 marks the day when the people rise and take back what’s rightfully there’s. This isn’t the end, but hopefully the beginning to a long awaited regime change! Din cate stiti (sigur nu de la televizunile din Romania) in Egipt exista in momentul de fata tensiuni asemanatoare cu cele izbucnite in urma cu cateva zile in Tunisia sau Liban. Astazi – 29 Ianuarie – guvernul si-a dat demisia insa nu acelasi lucru se poate spune despre presedintele dictatorul Hosni Mubarak, aflat in pozitie de peste 30 de ani, un om care si la aceasta ora crede ca va rezolva problemele existente fara sa fie nevoie sa demisioneze la randu-i. El inca se crede un baiat bun, cu toate ca pana in momentul de fata au fost raportate peste 26 de morti in urma ciocnirilor dintre manifestanti si trupele de ordine.
Un montaj video (realizata de catre Tamer Shaaban – “Another Egyptian who’s had enough“) circula intens zilele acestea pe Youtube iar fraza de mai jos (o sa-l vedeti imediat pe autorul ei) cred eu ca va ramane in istorie:
“We will not be silenced, whether you’re a Christian, whether you’re a Muslim, whether you’re an Atheist, you will demand your goddamn rights, and we will have our rights, one way or the other! We will never be silenced!”
