The Chinese sustainable building company, Broad Group, has yet attempted another impossible feat, building a 30-story tall hotel prototype in 360 hours, after building a 15-story building in a week earlier in 2011.

Higher precision in fabrication (+/- 0.2mm).
More coordinated on-site construction management.
Shorter construction time span.
Lower construction waste.
Also many other health and energy features are included in Broad Sustainable Buildings (BSB)

The building was built over last Christmas time and finished before New Years Eve of 2012.

360 de ore. Acesta este intervalul in care chinezii au construit acest hotel inalt de 30 de etaje la sfarsitul anului 2011. Si asa cum este si normal ne putem intreba: Ce-i cu graba asta? Este aceasta structura destul de puternica? Si raspunsul vine chiar in filmuletul de mai jos: Modulele prefabricate sunt mult mai avantajoase la acest capitol in comparatie cu cladirile construite clasic.

Chinese ATM Robbery

Ouch! Get hit by a brick in the head and robbed! How bad is that?

Bancile nu uita niciodata sa va  atentioneze atunci cand scoateti bani dintr-un bancomat aflat intr-o zona publica. Unul dintre cele mai importante: acoperiti mana atunci cand  tastati PIN-ul si asigurati-va ca nu va priveste nimeni. Daca insa vedeti prin prin preajma vreun chinez care poarta o casca de motociclist pe cap si cara in mana o caramida inseamna ca e posibil sa vi se intample ceva.

Se pare ca mai toti hotii din China sunt niste traditionalisti asa ca, mai nou, acestia s-au cizelat si folosesc celebrele betisoare chinezesti pentru a sustrage portofele, telefoane mobile sau alte minunatii care pot sta intr-un buzunar.

Nu stiu daca fac bine publicand astfel de imagini, nu de alta dar s-ar putea sa-i invatam “de bine” pe ai nostri. Cu toate ca nu cred ca vor deprinde ei acest obicei din moment ce de abia pot tine furculita in mana, d’apai niste betisoare chinezesti. 😀

The Jiaozhou Bay Bridge is 35.4 km long. The total budget will be approximately 9.938 billion yuan (~US$1.5 billion). It is estimated that it will shorten travel time from Qingdao to the outlying region by more than half and relieve pressure on the existing Jiaozhou Bay Expressway.

In urma cu cateva zile China a inaugurat cel mai lung pod peste o mare din lume – face legatura intre doua mari centre urbane ale districtului Huangdao – lungimea acestuia fiind de aproape 36 km (aceste cifre nu sunt tocmai exacte, daca folositi Google-ul veti observa ca pe fiecare stire despre acest pod gasim diverse valori legate de lungime sau costul total al proiectului).

Din cate am putut intelege, tipul nu poarta niciun fel de coarda de protectie. Din moment ce filmarea aceasta a ajuns pe internet ma gandesc ca e teafar si nevatamat. 😀

I saw this on the backstreets of shanghai, I call it chinese popcorn, ….you could hear it from a half mile away, so I had to go see what was making all that noise!!

Asa se fac floricelele de porumb pe strazile din Shanghai…… cu tunul! 😀 Wtfffffffffff? Cam violent! Acum intelegeti de ce normele de protectie a muncii sunt necesare la orice loc de munca?
